MemberHi Adnan
We’ve recently upped the limits on Event Aggregator to 100 sites. I believe you’ll be fine to use it on your sites.
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/event-aggregators-import-limits-work/ can provide you with a bit more explanation about how our import limits work.
Thanks

MemberHi Becca
So sorry for the confusion. We sent an email containing a link to download Events Calendar Pro and the license key. To be sure, have you downloaded the plugin, then uploaded and installed it on your site?
Can you go to My Account » Downloads https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin. Head over to Plugins » Installed Plugins » Add New next and select the Upload Plugin at the top of the screen. This should be a .zip file. If your browser has unzipped the file automatically, please check your browser settings to alter that and try downloading again.
You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar plugin active as well. Go to Plugins » Add New » Upload Plugin. Then activate your plugin.
After that, get your license key https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, and go to Events » Settings » Licenses to enter it (though very likely it’s already entered when you activate your plugin).
Let me know if this works.
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Thanks

MemberHi William
I visited your site and checked the Javascript errors. (Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors)
It looks like you don’t have a Google Maps API key activated. You can view how to do that at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-your-google-maps-api-key/.Â
Google recently required that all uses of their maps will need an API key, and that the user must list a credit card on file. The service is still free to use the map, but to cut back on abuse, they want a card on file. https://theeventscalendar.com/important-google-maps-api-changes/
Let me know if setting your API key resolves the issue.Â

Please include your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ so we can better help you.If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! 🙂

MemberHey Lauren
1. You can use the attendee information fields to collect additional data https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/collecting-attendee-information/
2. If you’d like to customize the emails, please see our Themer’s Guide
3. No limit to events
4. Here’s our guide on managing attendees: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/managing-your-orders-and-attendees/
5. What type of event settings are you wanting? I’m not familiar with how Event Espresso handles this.
6. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads. Read more about each option’s features and payment gateways.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi William
Oh I see what you mean on https://freewheelshouston.org/event/bike-repair-friday/2018-08-17/.
The display of related posts is not our plugin, but Jetpack. You can head to Jetpack » Settings » Traffic » Related Posts to disable that.
If you want the related posts elsewhere on your site, you can keep them activated and look at ways to customize related posts from Jetpack’s site: https://jetpack.com/support/related-posts/customize-related-posts/#disable. Please reach out to them for support with this.
Thanks

MemberHi Cian
I wish I could say yes. We used to have this functionality, but a few months ago Facebook stopped all such integrations.
Facebook recently declined our efforts to work with them further. https://theeventscalendar.com/important-facebook-api-changes/Â We are terribly sorry about this.Â
You can still import events using either of these 2 options outlined in How to Import Facebook Events into Event Aggregator https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/how-to-import-facebook-events-into-event-aggregator/, though it is a less ideal method than we previously had available.
Needless to say, we are just as stuck and frustrated as our clients on this issue. If anything changes, we will continue to keep you updated through our social channels, blog posts, newsletters, and on https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy and https://theeventscalendar.com/event-aggregator-status/.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks

MemberHey Gerdski
I’ll pass your fix along.
We have increased our interest and priority when Google began to require a credit card on file for the maps to work on most sites.
Thanks

MemberHi Claire
You can use shortcodes to embed category specific maps on other pages/posts. We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/ and Widget Shortcodes https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/ for Events Calendar Pro https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/
It is worth noting that you can only use 1 calendar per page.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey Gerdski
We don’t have that feature quite yet, but are actively exploring options. In the meantime, if you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it at http://tribe.uservoice.com.
We’ll notify you there if we ship a new feature like this soon.
Thanks
