ParticipantI spent many months looking at The Events Calendar and just finally purchased it. I also purchased it because I know that Pro received support. I was then going to purchase 2 more add-ons. However, It still has not installed on my site and the support is not available to help guide me through. I’ve requested a refund; how do I obtain a refund of this product? I need to buy another calendar asap. Thank you.

MemberHi Becca
So sorry for the confusion. We sent an email containing a link to download Events Calendar Pro and the license key. To be sure, have you downloaded the plugin, then uploaded and installed it on your site?
Can you go to My Account » Downloads https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin. Head over to Plugins » Installed Plugins » Add New next and select the Upload Plugin at the top of the screen. This should be a .zip file. If your browser has unzipped the file automatically, please check your browser settings to alter that and try downloading again.
You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar plugin active as well. Go to Plugins » Add New » Upload Plugin. Then activate your plugin.
After that, get your license key https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, and go to Events » Settings » Licenses to enter it (though very likely it’s already entered when you activate your plugin).
Let me know if this works.
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Thanks

MemberHey Becca
I shared how to run through conflicts testing on https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/phone-number-to-call/ but didn’t get a response. What happens when you disable all other plugins and use a default theme?
Did you follow the steps above to install the plugin?
Thanks

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
