Yes, we are now compatible with Woo 3.x. I would still strongly suggest testing on a staging server and having a full backup available before proceeding, but our plugins are now compatible.

I’d suggest starting with our Themer’s Guide for a good overview on custom overrides. While we aren’t able to handle much styling customizations, per ourย Scope of Supportย /ย Terms, we are able to review your code some. Please feel free to ask specific questions again in the forums about those.

You can install Events Calendar Pro on your staging site without the license active. The features will work, but you won’t receive update notifications or be able to share your System Info with us automatically until it is active. You should still be able to prepare everything else on your staging site as needed before pushing it live.
Does that make sense?

In Using One License for Live and Dev Sites https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-live-dev-sites/, we do specify which domain structures that we currently support for staging sites.ย
If your site doesn’t match the criteria, you can still use the plugin.ย You will need to manually run updates, the license may not register (or you could register it there while building and later Move Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/.ย If you need to contact support during that time, please manually send in your System Info.

Using Widget Shortcodes might work here. Can you try using a shortcode like this, but changing the slug and category to match your site:
[tribe_featured_venue slug="the-eiffel-tower" category="barbeque"]

Can you check Events ยป Settings ยป Display ยป Advanced Template Settings ยป Add HTML before event content and be sure that no content is there?
