I deleted your license in your original message as that would be publicly viewable.
Can you walk through the steps on Moving Your License Key? I believe you might just need to move the license key from one domain to the other. You can still find your licenses at My Account ยป Licenses.

Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?ย I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.ย Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard ยป Updates).ย
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.

I see you are using Twenty Fifteen, could you still switch to another default theme? I am wondering if you have any customizations that would impact the appearance of http://christianevents.ca/events/community/add.

I’d suggest starting with The Events Calendars and seeing what it can do. It is free ๐ After installing, you’ll notice it appears similarly to “Posts” as it is a custom post type.
I’d venture to guess that if you are using a plugin to manage your pixel tracking, it would be suitable with TEC.
