Expired account w/ lost login info

    Hello,
    I took over management of our firstbaptistlawrence.com website about a year ago. At some point after the site’s creation in 2013 and before I took over in May 2016, we had a paid subscription to Events Calendar Pro. That subscription has expired, and since then we’ve continued to use an outdated version. I’m interested in renewing our subscription. Although the church secretary and I have worked together to recover the account, we can’t seem to figure out what e-mail address was used to create it. We’ve tried both the [email protected] e-mail address (the address she now uses for church e-mail) and also an old address, [email protected], which was deleted at one point. We even tried re-creating the [email protected] e-mail account, but when we requested a password reset, no reply was ever received. And we tried about 3 times over the course of several days.
    Can you please help? Thank you.

    Hello Susan

    I see [email protected] as an email account on file in our records. I can change that email address for you. What email would you like that to be? After switching, we’ll have you try to reset the password that way.

    Thank you for your reply, Courtney! I asked the question before leaving town, and am just now getting back to check for the answer.

    Our @firstbaptistlawrence.com addresses have been experiencing some problems recently, so for now let’s go with [email protected] for the email address and when we’re certain all is fixed, I will contact customer support again and switch it back. In the meantime, at least I can get the pro version of the calendar updated. Thanks for your help!
