ParticipantHi, I upgraded to Pro and purchased the license only to have the photo display but unfortunately it is the only thing not working on your plugin. everything else works great including monthly, list, etc.. but when I press the photo display, the page loads correctly but no events are displayed.
I enabled wp_debug but no errors were shown, only notices.
I have also degraded my versions to 4.4.1 for both the Events Calendar and the Events Calendar Pro but still no result.
I am using theme mall.
the page is still not public, therefore if you need wp access, please advise
Please advise

MemberHello Marios
Can you test your site while using Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/? I am wondering if this is a theme conflict issue.
Let me know what the results look like.
Thanks

MemberThanks Marios.
Unfortunately, if it is caused by your theme, I don’t believe I can be of much help. Please reach out to your theme developer and let me know what they say about this issue.
Thanks

ParticipantHi Courtney,
thank you for the quick reply.
This is interesting, my template author told me to contact you guys and you guys tell me to contact the template author. I am still the customer and still dont have a solution.
is there anyway I can debug further? Is there any other way I can place a photo gallery of the events? manual way?
thank you in advance,

MemberHello Marios
We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes and Widget Shortcodes.
You could try using
[tribe_events view="photo"]
to see if the results work elsewhere.
Thanks

ParticipantActually, mine is conflicting as well, even the visual composer is not compatible too…. if you open the console it would actually say internal sever error 500… I think the reason behind would be the calendar plugin might have over written some JS libraries that theme and other plugins originally do. Or perhaps just like other stack overflow answers, there would be php executing problems and may cause priority issues in server.
