Can you uninstall and reinstall the plugin at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/listing-venues-and-organizers/? I tested and was unable to reproduce your results.

Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/? I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict. Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates).
If this doesn’t solve the issue, can you deactivate and delete Community Events and redownload and activate it from My Account » Downloads?
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.

Also, when you go to Events » Settings » General » Events URL slug, what is entered in this location?
Finally, can you review https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/permalinks-best-practices/ and save changes at Settings » Permalinks, even if you don’t make any changes? This can refresh the permalinks structure if that is the conflict.
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.

Sorry for the mix up. The link you referred to is for our plugin “Community Events”.
Can you try walking through https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/altering-or-removing-titles-on-calendar-views/ which applies to Events Calendar Pro.

I see that you have purchased Events Calendar Pro. Have you ever used Event Aggregator with us?
Sorry for the confusion. You should’ve received an email containing a link to download Events Calendar Pro and the license key.
Can you go to My Account » Downloads and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin. You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar plugin active as well.
Then get your license key, and go to Events » Settings » Licenses to enter it.
It looks like you tried to do this, but in the Event Aggregator field instead.

The Events Calendar https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar/ can only import .csv file types. Events Calendar Pro does not add additional import functionality.
For more file types, and to schedule imports, please see Event Aggregator https://theeventscalendar.com/product/event-aggregator/. It is built-in to The Events Calendar but you can purchase a license to activate and schedule additional file types. You can learn more about it at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-event-aggregator/.

I believe the issue might be that you are using an IP number for your web address. IP numbers can house multiple websites, depending upon how they care configured. Your license is reflected as a personal license.
Are you able to test this with a domain name option?

We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes and Widget Shortcodes.
You could try using
[tribe_events view="photo"]
to see if the results work elsewhere.

It looks like you are still using Beaver Builder. I do know Avada will also support their integration when you reach out to them.
Did disabling all other plugins except those made by Modern Tribe impact the problem at all? This is very odd and I am unable to reproduce the issue.
