I’ve tried using the calendar plugin with three different themes now, so I know its not a theme issue. When people submit their event, after hitting the submit button the page goes blank there is not validation the event went through, on my end I get four or five of the same event because they keep submitting it, so its going through, but the date and time are always incorrect and default to the day they submitted, also the price and image are missing?

Please help this is Really the only plugin I’ve found that meets our criteria

Hello Diana

When you tested with other themes, were any of them default themes, such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/?

Also, when you disable all other plugins except those created by Modern Tribe, did you get the same results?

I have put it back to one of the basic themes, and it works fine for me when I put an event in thought the website, but others are still having the same problem its says site not responding, but it still shows up as pending but is missing important information like date cost time and image.
Also the theme I used previous was the Avada theme specifically because it was build to be compatible with the plugin…

Hi Diana

It looks like you are still using Beaver Builder. I do know Avada will also support their integration when you reach out to them.

Did disabling all other plugins except those made by Modern Tribe impact the problem at all? This is very odd and I am unable to reproduce the issue.
