MemberHi Nick
Is that update for our plugins or something else? I’d like to see this get resolved. If it is from our plugin, please deactivate, delete, and reinstall the plugin. You can find it at My Account ยป Downloads.
Please let me know if that resolves the issue.
Thanks

MemberSure thing Dorothy. Did that resolve the issue?

MemberHi Matthew, I was unable to reproduce with the same situation. Can you copy/paste your System Info here? I’d like to see more details about your configuration.

MemberHi Brian
Are you wanting to stack the 3 images at the same time? For that, I’d suggest just using the widget 3 times in a row in the sidebar. To avoid duplicates, each widget could be set to use only specific photos. Does that make sense?\
Thanks

MemberHello Nick
Is there a chance that your browser or computer are set to auto-unzip files? The download should definitely be a zip file.
Thanks

MemberHello Tanja, I have back-dated your account to give you access to that version under My Account ยป Downloads. You should see it now. Please read the 2 release notes before installing this version. There was a hotfix issues, which means you likely should test with that version. It contains highly important updates that warranted an urgent and unplanned update.

Please let me know if this gets the problems fixed.

MemberHi Joseph
I’d really like to know if the conflicts testing guide gave you any results. Before we can proceed, we really need to determine the source of this conflict. Please disable all other plugins to see if that helps. If not, then please try a default theme.
Which files have you downloaded? The plugins? You can either delete them from your dashboard, or overwrite them by a manual ftp upload. Your data will not be lost, as our plugin stores data to custom post types within your site’s database.
Please let me know the results of the conflict tests. That should give us more information to work from.
Thanks

MemberHello Brian
You can see the Image Widget+ settings:

If you create a slideshow or random image using vertical images, it could work. Links on images work the same as throughout the WordPress media library, or just like they would work in a post/page.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHello Kathy
Can you walk through the steps on Moving Your License Key and see if that helps get your new site working.
The data loss depends upon how you moved your site. You can export your content by going to Tools ยป Export and on the new site Tools ยป Import.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHello Jim
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?ย I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.ย Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard ยป Updates).ย
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Also, please send me a link to the exact page this occurs on. I’d love to take a closer look.

MemberHello Raffaello
Can you deactivate your Event Aggregator license, then reactivate it?
If that doesn’t work, please remove The Events Calendars from your site and readd it, then reactivate your Event Aggregator license.

MemberHello Fernando
I’m sorry this is happening. I do see that you purchased Event Tickets Plus today. Did you receive a confirmation email from us?
Please let me know if you are not seeing that confirmation.
In the meantime, you can go to My Account ยป Downloads and My Account ยป Licenses to get the plugin and get it installed.
Thanks
