Can’t buy plugin!

Your selling system is not working. Trying for several minutes to buy Event Tickets Plus (that I absolutely need TODAY) and it keeps filling my name and country wrong (even as I checked my account details and they’re correct), have to change everytime, and the card and paypal payment options are not working.

Any help? What is happening?

I’m sorry this is happening. I do see that you purchased Event Tickets Plus today. Did you receive a confirmation email from us?

Please let me know if you are not seeing that confirmation.

In the meantime, you can go to My Account » Downloads and My Account » Licenses to get the plugin and get it installed.
