Event Key Slot not showing up after I disconnected from previous key

Hello,
I am moving my site to a different domain. I shut off the plugin on the old site and disconnected the key on your site, but a slot is not showing up in order to put in the new calendar. Also, will everything be wiped out of the old calendar, or is there a way to transfer everything over to the new one?

Hello Kathy

Can you walk through the steps on Moving Your License Key and see if that helps get your new site working.

The data loss depends upon how you moved your site. You can export your content by going to Tools » Export and on the new site Tools » Import.
