MemberHello Pascal
Are you looking to change the default calendar page? If so, go to Events ยป Settings ยป General ยป Events URL slug.
Or are you wanting to redirect users in a different way? Can you show me an example of the “find out more” link location?
Thanks

MemberHello Marcus
When you activate The Events Calendar, it creates an /events page. When you add categories and tags, an archive page of each is created (essentially the same thing as your “posts” tags and categories). Each event you create also will create it’s own page, like a new “post”.
Does that help?
Thanks

MemberHi there!
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
โข If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
โข If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. Please include your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ so we can better help you.If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! ๐
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHello Jason
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?ย I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.ย Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard ยป Updates).ย
Can you also disconnect the second site from Event Aggregator while all other plugins are deactivated, with a default theme, and then reconnect that site to your license?
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHi Jeremy
I’m a bit new to Modern Tribe. Before I even started here, iCal and Facebook Events were discontinued. You have been given replacement licenses for these with Event Aggregator . This one plugin can do all that iCal and Facebook Events individually did, but also many more types. Please check out My Account ยป Licenses to get your license for EA and enter it at Events ยป Settings ยป Licenses.
You were not charged for Event Aggregator, and our records do indicate that we notified you of these changes. When you are due for renewal, you only need to renew one license for EA. This license can cover you on up to 10 sites AND a combined max of 100 imports per day.
Regarding Events Calendar Pro, I see both personal licenses as active on the same domain name. I’m not sure how that happened, but I do know that our refunds rep has been in touch with you to sort that out.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Ted
Good to know that was the source of conflict. I just checked in on your post for their team, and it looks like they have a solution: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/conflict-with-the-events-calendar-advanced-post-manager/#post-9362034.
Please let both Yoast and us know if this clears the issue up.
Thanks

MemberHi Terry
I will certainly do all I can to help. But before I can assist any further, I really do need the results of your conflicts test and system information. Can you share your findings?
Thanks

MemberHi Lindsey
Filter Bar does come with a state drop down list. You can see it in action on the 2nd row at http://wpshindig.com/events/.
For any customizations that you need, you’ll want to refer to the Themer’s Guide so that the plugin can still receive updates, but not lose any customizations that you add.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHello Laura
In Using One License for Live and Dev Sites https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-live-dev-sites/, we do specify which domain structures that we currently support for staging sites.ย
If your site doesn’t match the criteria, you can still use the plugin.ย You will need to manually run updates by downloading the plugin again from My Account ยป Downloads, the license may not register (or you could register it there while building and later Move Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/.ย If you need to contact support during that time, please manually send in your System Info.
If you are still unable to delete the plugin from Plugins ยป Installed Plugins, you will need access to either FTP to your staging site or by browsing your host’s control panel & file manager to manually delete it there.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks
