MemberHi Michelle
That notice is displaying because you have a personal license for Community Events. Does the plugin install and can you access the community page despite the error notice?
Thanks

MemberHello Lqwrence
I haven’t tested this yet, but did come across http://bulkwp.com/ last week. If you try it, let me know. It looks like it might be an easier approach to bulk deleting.
Thanks

MemberHello Jeffrey
That is certainly possible. You’ll want to take a glance over Themer’s Guide. You’ll be modifying one line of code from wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/month/single-event.php on line 196.
It normally shows:
<h3 class="tribe-events-month-event-title"><a href="<?php echo esc_url( $link ) ?>" class="url"><?php echo $title ?></a></h3>
and you’ll add a copy of that file to wp-content/themes/your-theme/tribe-events/month/
and modify line 196 to be:
<h3 class="tribe-events-month-event-title"><?php echo $title ?></h3>
Can you let me know if this works for you?
Thanks

MemberHello Mary Jane
I hope I can help sort this out. You mentioned purchasing Events Calendar Pro, however, I only see a transaction for Event Tickets Plus on our records. Is that correct?
Can you walk through the steps on Moving Your License Key to see if this clears up the issue on activating your license on the new domain?
After we get the license working, let’s revisit the registered attendees.
Keep me posted about how the moving the license goes.
Thanks

We just shipped out a hotfix for Eventbrite Tickets. Can you update to 4.4.7.1 and let me know if the issue persists?

Can you send me a screenshot of the issue you are seeing?
Also, I am only able to see some of your System Info. Do you have Event Tickets already installed?

MemberHello Kimberly
I reviewed your account and was only able to find refund requests with no previous support request. I do wish youβd taken the time to post onΒ our support forums before reaching the point of no return. We genuinely want to help you achieve your goals.
To modify the text to fit your needs, https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/changing-fonts-and-colours/ would guide you through that process.
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Is there anything else I can do to assist you?
Thanks

MemberHi Kimberly, I see that you posted a duplicate thread in the correct forum. I will close this thread, as it is a duplicate. I am also hunting for any earlier support requests you may have sent in to try resolving these issues.
Thanks

MemberHello Stacy
Can you confirm if you’ve gone through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?Β I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.Β Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard Β» Updates).Β
Also, please send along your System Info. I’ve seen a few bugs come up lately when users don’t have quite enough PHP memory limits.
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests so we can review further.
Thanks
