    We paid for the Aggregator Add On and I had used The Events Calendar plugin before an older version and it allowed me MUCH more flexibility in changing the style and look on my page.

    For some reason, this new updated version is not letting me change near enough like the Title to be all CAPS and color Title and links. Also the background is black or clear… and I put on this page a white background but nothing I do is making it change. I don’t have hours to learn all the new things you removed. When what I knew to be a simple tool to install and with few edits get up and running correctly on my sites….is now not allowing me much non-coding simple styling flexibility anymore.

    Please provide us a refund of the $89.00 you charged us and feel free to deactivate the account and license key.

    We will not be using this plugin.

    I reviewed your account and was only able to find refund requests with no previous support request. I do wish you’d taken the time to post on our support forums before reaching the point of no return. We genuinely want to help you achieve your goals.
