options not available

    Hi there,

    We dont have all the options available, I made sure the license key is copied in, but we only have the following options. Am I missing something?

    Settings
    Ticket field Sets
    Help
    Event Add-Ons

    Can you send me a screenshot of the issue you are seeing?

    Also, I am only able to see some of your System Info. Do you have Event Tickets already installed?

    See our dropdown does not have events or any of the items you have on your
    video.

    I also need to figure out how to make custom forms for an event?

    Before I can assist you further, I need some help from you. Can you send me a screenshot of the issue you are seeing?
