Pre-Sale question – Filter Bar Locations

Hi,

I am looking to add a dropdown list to search/filter of locations to my EC Pro Calendar. I believe I can do this with Filter Bar.

I would like to know if filter bar would allow me add locations that ARE NOT in my list of venues, even if the result is empty. For example could I set it up the list to show all the lower 48 US states?

Here is an older version of Events Calendar with a custom dropdown search in the sidebar. I’m looking to do something similar but without the custom coding.

Hi Lindsey

Filter Bar does come with a state drop down list. You can see it in action on the 2nd row at http://wpshindig.com/events/.

For any customizations that you need, you’ll want to refer to the Themer’s Guide so that the plugin can still receive updates, but not lose any customizations that you add.
