License keys wrongly described as invalid

All my license keys are up to date. Why are two of them showing as invalid?

Can you clarify, which licenses are showing as invalid and on which sites?

I see 2 Event Aggregator licenses for you and 2 Events Calendar Pro.

Have you tried to remove the licenses and readd them?

When you view https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, do you see any domains assigned that should not be?

The licences showing invalid are on http://www.gofishguard.co.uk They are The
Events Calendar: Facebook Events and The Events Calendar: iCal Importer. See
attached screen shot.

Why have I two licences for each of Aggregator and Calendar Pro? Because I
bought again thinking the licence had expired, which it hadn’t. I hope you
can refund that please.

No I haven’t tried to remove and re-add them. I am nervous about doing
such, but will now give it a go.

Have just gone through this procedure – deactivate and then reactivate – no
difference once completed. Is that what you mean by remove and re-add?

I await further advice.

Hi Jeremy

I’m a bit new to Modern Tribe. Before I even started here, iCal and Facebook Events were discontinued. You have been given replacement licenses for these with Event Aggregator . This one plugin can do all that iCal and Facebook Events individually did, but also many more types. Please check out My Account » Licenses to get your license for EA and enter it at Events » Settings » Licenses.

You were not charged for Event Aggregator, and our records do indicate that we notified you of these changes. When you are due for renewal, you only need to renew one license for EA. This license can cover you on up to 10 sites AND a combined max of 100 imports per day.

Regarding Events Calendar Pro, I see both personal licenses as active on the same domain name. I’m not sure how that happened, but I do know that our refunds rep has been in touch with you to sort that out.
