MemberHi Kandace
Thanks for clarifying that. Can you check on your events at Events » Venues and selecting the venue you wanted this associated with. Does it have the full address?
I have tried to reproduce this locally and got an error when my venue was incomplete.
Thanks

MemberHi Denise,
You can try downgrading by visiting My Account » Downloads and selecting an older version of The Events Calendar. However, a critical part of the process resides on our servers to process the imports. As such, I’m not sure that downgrading is going to fix that. If it does, I’d love to recommend that as a workaround.
This issue is super frustrating for all involved. I can’t wait until we narrow down how to resolve this.
Thanks

MemberHi Charles, can you help me troubleshoot this further?
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/? I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict. Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates).
Would you mind enabling WP_DEBUG and sharing any PHP errors you see while navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket?
Once you share your WP_DEBUG findings, we may be able to get an idea of any plugin or theme conflicts.
Please enable WP_DEBUG on your site. You’ll need to edit to your site’s wp-config.php file and change this line of code:
define('WP_DEBUG', false);to this:define('WP_DEBUG', true);
(or add this line of code if you can’t find mention of ‘WP_DEBUG’ in your wp-config.php file)If any errors do appear while navigating your site’s pages, please copy and paste them in their entirety into a new ticket reply — along with the URL of where you saw the error(s) — and make sure you set it as a Private reply.
Also, can you check for any Javascript errors? Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors
With all those bits of information, I can escalate this ticket to our developers.
Thanks

MemberHi Pascal
I am trying to use https://www.myskicoach.ch/?post_type=tribe_events to find where the calendar even displays on your site. It also 404s. 🙁
Can you disable the translate plugin, clear server cache, and then check my link? Can you also send me a screenshot of your Events » Settings » General » Events URL Slug setting? This is just very odd. Because it keeps going back to the /en version of your site, I am wondering if it is related to the translation in particular.
Thanks

Also, can you flush your permalinks? This is pretty easy. Just go to settings » Permalinks and save changes (without making any).
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.

Test how your /events page looks when you change these settings: Events » Settings » Display »
Default stylesheet used for events templates
& Events template.

If that doesn’t resolve the issue, please go through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/? MemberHi Tom
Typically, we’d recommend Event Aggregator to solve importing needs. That does sound really interesting. I’d love to see how this works out for you.
At this time, we have a limited read only Rest API integration. Here are a few tips for using our API:
- API self-documentation: /wp-json/tribe/events/v1/doc — which you can, in turn, plug into http://petstore.swagger.io/ to give a visual way of exploring it
- Events: /wp-json/tribe/events/v1/events/
- Events for specific Organizer: /wp-json/tribe/events/v1/events/?organizer=843 (must change the ID)
- Events for specific Venue: /wp-json/tribe/events/v1/events/?venue=851 (must change the ID)
- Events in specific Event Category: /wp-json/tribe/events/v1/events/?tribe_events_cat=15 (must change the ID)
In the meantime you could create your own custom endpoints for the Calendar with this great information here http://v2.wp-api.org/extending/adding/
We’d love more votes on this feature in our user suggestions area.

MemberHi Kandace
I’d like to try to reproduce this issue. Can you send me a URL of the Eventbrite events that are flagged as no venue/address?
Thanks

MemberHi Teri
I am asking our developers for assistance to narrow this down. Until, is the Events » Import screen appearing exactly the same after disabling all plugins except The Events Calendar and using Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/?
Thanks

MemberHi Jacob
At this time I’d suggest trying out https://wordpress.org/plugins/bulk-delete/. I have asked if it is within our scope to have a more efficient solution at this time. I’ll keep you posted.
Thanks
