MemberHey Tom
It looks like you encountered a bug that we had this morning. We’ve updated our servers. If you try this now it should connect. Please let me know how it goes.
Thanks

MemberHello Analiese
At this time, we don’t have a shortcode that can accomplish exactly what you are envisioning. However, it looks like another user has requested a similar feature. Here’s the solution that Trisha suggested for that: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/photo-view-shortcode-2/#post-1287474.
This would be a good start on how to achieve this.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Remy
I’d like to try to reproduce this issue. Can you send me a link of a recurring event on your site, and if possible, links to several instances where it is doubled.
Thanks

MemberHi Kandace
I noticed that the Eventbrite link of the venue is .scom vs s.com. I doubt that’s our issue here.
I just used http://staging.royalcoffee.com/event/this-is-a-test-event/ to create a venue locally and did not receive error messages. Can you try to create a new venue with the same address, but a different venue name and try to use that? I really want to find out why I you are getting errors that I can’t replicate.
So sorry this is taking a while to sort out.
Thanks

MemberThat is a great workaround for now. Unfortunately it is still more tedious than we would prefer, but I will pass along this info as a temporary workaround. Thank you so much Michelle!

MemberHi Rob
Event Aggregator can be scheduled to automatically import events from Facebook. If you want to then synchronize that to Eventbrite, I’d suggest also using Eventbrite Tickets.
Your process would look like Create event on Facebook Β» Gets imported on schedule to your site Β» Edit event on your site for the Eventbrite information Β» Save/Publish so it sends to Eventbrite.
Does that make sense?
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberI am also moving this to the Event Aggregator forum, as we no longer support or maintain our retired iCal importer plugin.
Thanks

MemberHello Andrew
I would suggest exporting via Tools Β» Export via the older site. Then on the new site, install The Events Calendar first. Go to Tools Β» Import and upload the file(s) from the older site. Confirm that all is working as it should, then move on to installing Events Calendar Pro.
Please let me know how this goes π

MemberHello Uwe
I believe you just need to swap your license from the staging server. Please see the steps on Moving Your License Key.
