Hi there
We are using your pro calendar and love it. On the home page we want ONLY three items to show in the photo grid. We have this shortcode but still all the events are showing:
[tribe_events view=”photo” tribe-bar=”false” limit=”3”]
We want to limit to 3 events. Do we need a different shortcode? Thank you!!

At this time, we don’t have a shortcode that can accomplish exactly what you are envisioning. However, it looks like another user has requested a similar feature. Here’s the solution that Trisha suggested for that: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/photo-view-shortcode-2/#post-1287474.
This would be a good start on how to achieve this.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

What is the easiest way for us to style the calendar? For example, the event
titles are white and disappear in the footer widget on our white background.
The event titles are also white on the calendar page, with a blue
background. How can we easily change them? Thanks.

Here are a few tips to get started with styling your calendar(s).
- Start by modifying what you can at Appearance » Customize » The Events Calendar.
- Typically, don’t change the theme or plugin’s css files, they will be overwritten on updates. To avoid this, follow the steps outlined in Themer’s Guide
- Use overriding CSS files, or add CSS to your site using Appearance » Customize » Additional CSS.
- Use !important before a semicolon to override every css rule. It’s a brute force method, but works for quick fixes.
- Please check out this Customizing WordPress #2 – Using Chrome Developers Tools YouTube video in addition to our Using Chrome Developer Tools tutorial on how to easily make changes using CSS.
Thanks
