My clients original order was #1325148 that was set to expire on Aug. 5, 2017.
End of July of 2017, license was renewed on order#1148071. There is only one license# listed in the account.
But in the WordPress dashboard it still says expires Aug. 5, 2017.Please advise asap as my clients calendar has numerous 404 dead links because of this issue. For example, this event link:

ParticipantAnd yes, deactivated all other plugins to check for any conflicts. Still not working.

As Victor shared, our records do indicate that we responded. I’m very sorry that Karol didn’t catch that message. Could it be that it was filtered into spam or deleted entirely?
