Renewed License still says Expired in WP Dashboard

    Hello,
    My clients original order was #1325148 that was set to expire on Aug. 5, 2017.
    End of July of 2017, license was renewed on order#1148071. There is only one license# listed in the account.
    But in the WordPress dashboard it still says expires Aug. 5, 2017.

    Please advise asap as my clients calendar has numerous 404 dead links because of this issue. For example, this event link:
    http://graceumcla.com/event/alcoholics-anonymous/2017-08-12 -(see image uploaded)

    I researched your support for help and was not successful. The only forum that I saw that relates to my issue was this one:

    Just renewed Calendar Pro but License Key has not updated

    And yes, deactivated all other plugins to check for any conflicts. Still not working.

    Did not receive email with help. Finally figured out to refresh The
    settings-permalinks; appears to finally be working after a month Of being
    no my own with no support.

    Is this a standard things after renewal Of license? I still have no
    answer as to why after paying For renewal, it still said expired pasa The
    expiration date???

    As Victor shared, our records do indicate that we responded. I’m very sorry that Karol didn’t catch that message. Could it be that it was filtered into spam or deleted entirely?
