Just renewed Calendar Pro but License Key has not updated

    Hi,

    I just renewed our Events Calendar Pro plug-in, but when I go to the license key section to import the updated key into WordPress, it still says Pro is expired. Our order # is #985012 dated 7-9-15. I renewed it using the option of doing so through the previous invoice from last year. Later, when I was looking for the updated license key, I saw there was another area where I could have chosen to renew. Is that why it isn’t working for me? Did I renew from the wrong area? If so, please use the payment made today as our renewal for a year. It didn’t say whether the $60 covers one site or two, but we only need the Pro version for the artascope.com site. Thank you!

    I took a look at your account and saw the purchase but noticed that it wasn’t directly applied to your license. Not sure what happened in the process but I’ve updated your license so you should see the update available for download within your site shortly.
