MemberSure thing Victor.
And if it doesn’t like the sub-directory method, you can still completely install and use any of our plugins without an active license except for Event Aggregator, which relies upon our server to process imports. Just remember for support related to staging sites in sub-directories without a license to manually send in your System Info.
Thanks

MemberHi Martin
That looks like the expected view if you do not want to installed/use The Events Calendar as well. Is there something specific you believe is missing from Event Tickets here?
Thanks

MemberHi Justin
I’d suggest using either Bulk Delete or WP Bulk Delete for this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/bulk+delete/.
Please let us know how it goes.
Thanks

MemberHi Denise
Goodness I’m so sorry this is happening. We do have a known bug for Event Aggregator and it sounds like this is what is happening for you.
Until that is available, I’ve marked this thread to notify you as soon as a solution is available.
Thanks

Wow, I’m so sorry about this. Can we try resetting your license? You can view a new license key I created for you at My Account Β» Licenses, but I will also private reply it here for you too.
Thanks

MemberHi Claudia
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?Β I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.Β Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard Β» Updates).Β
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHello Marina
Filter Bar is not included with Events Calendar Pro. For that, you’ll need to purchase its own license.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks
