    What is happening here? I’ve been working on testing and getting some changes through to FINALLY make use of Event Aggregator on our production site and this is the weird screen that greets me today. I don’t know how or where I’m supposed to enter my URL for the iCalendar feed? Please help ASAP!

    Hi Teri

    That does seem odd. Can you share your System Info with us? I’d like to investigate this further.

    Also, please go through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/.  I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.  Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates). 

    Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.

    I’ve switched to the 2017 theme and deactivated all plugins. Still not getting the import panel looking like I want it. Ugh.

    Sent system info in a private reply. Thanks for any prompt response.

    I am asking our developers for assistance to narrow this down. Until, is the Events » Import screen appearing exactly the same after disabling all plugins except The Events Calendar and using Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/?
