MemberYes Uwe, you will need to swap the licenses. Currently our staging requirements are documented at Using One License for Live and Dev Sites https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-live-dev-sites/. We do specify which domain structures that we currently support for staging sites.
If your site doesn’t match the criteria, you can still use the plugin. You will need to manually run updates, the license may not register (or you could register it there while building and later Move Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/. If you need to contact support during that time, please manually send in your System Info.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Stuart
Yes, the check mark to search within featured events is part of Filter Bar specifically, and is it’s own product.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature in Events Calendar Pro, I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.
Thanks

MemberHi Stuart
Can you please send along your System Info?
For styling tips (like those dots):
- Start by modifying what you can at Appearance » Customize » The Events Calendar.
- Typically, don’t change the theme or plugin’s css files, they will be overwritten on updates. To avoid this, follow the steps outlined in Themer’s Guide
- Use overriding CSS files, or add CSS to your site using Appearance » Customize » Additional CSS.
- Use !important before a semicolon to override every css rule. It’s a brute force method, but works for quick fixes.
- Please check out this Customizing WordPress #2 – Using Chrome Developers Tools YouTube video in addition to our Using Chrome Developer Tools tutorial on how to easily make changes using CSS.
Please let me know how you do with this, and your system information.
Thanks

MemberHello Jaeden
Customizations can be made. You’ll be duplicating some of our files to your theme (or preferrably child theme), and modifying those. Themer’s Guide would be the best place to start.
Let me know if you make some progress and just need a quick check on that.
Thanks

MemberHi Amy
Unfortunately, I do not have an update on the time. It is a high priority for us to resolve this, but for now, our team is still hard at work on resolving this. You will be notified here as soon as a solution is available.
Thanks

MemberHi Remy
I have tested this on my side and am still very much able to change permalinks. I’m wondering if there is another plugin preventing you from changing those? Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
Thanks

MemberHi Charles
Oh I am so sorry this is still happening. We are still looking in to this. I have heard from other users that manually importing single events has worked for them, vs the whole page/group or scheduling it. It’s not at all an ideal situation but if it works, it’s far better than nothing.
I’ll keep you posted here on our progress.
Thanks

MemberHi Rocky
Gosh, I’m so sorry this is happening. I have requested that EA come with a way to bulk delete duplicates.
Aside from the real pain of deleting all these duplicates, is everything else working? Are you getting fresh duplicates.
Thanks

MemberHi Kari
I’d also suggest you delete 2014 and reinstall it as a theme entirely. Since it was working for me on a fresh install, I’m wondering if the theme is missing some key files. ?
Please keep me posted how this goes.
Thanks

MemberHi Kandace
I was able to pass my events on as test events to Eventbrite without issue. I can’t seem to replicate the issues you are having. I am still looking into this and will escalate this issue. I hope we can narrow this down soon.
Can you confirm that you’ve gone through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ to confirm no plugin or theme conflicts are at play.
Would you also enable WP_DEBUG and sharing any PHP errors you see while navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket?
Then please check for any Javascript errors: Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors.
Finally, can you post your most current System Info here?
With all that information, I can have a developer look into this more closely. I really want to get this resolved for you.
Thanks

MemberThanks Tasha, but I do hope that we have a better solution soon.

MemberHello Nico
Event Tickets is a free plugin that will allow you to test out most of the features. It will only allow for free RSVP functionality, and is a prerequisite to Event Tickets Plus. This is the plugin that will allow for ticket sales.
In order for Event Tickets Plus to work, you will need to also install an ecommerce plugin. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads.Read more about each option’s features and payment gateways.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks
