Import successfully queued but won’t run

    Hello All,
    I’m running WP version 4.8.1 with TEC 4.5.9 and TEC pro 4.4.15.

    I do a manual weekly import from a google calendar every Friday, which had been fine until today.
    This morning I clicked the Run Import button and got the message “Successfully queued 1 scheduled import” but it never runs.

    I turned on log tracking but am getting no results showing anything wrong.
    What can I do to fix this? What’s causing this?

    Hello Stephanie,

    I’m going to move this question into the Events Aggregator forum.

    Unfortunately, you’ve come across a known bug. We are aware if this issue, and hope to have a solution released within just a few days. I will make sure you are notified here as soon as that update is available.

    Hi Courtney,
    Thank you for moving my thread to the correct location.
    I’ve updated to the release that came out this week:

    The Events Calendar – 4.5.10
    The Events Calendar PRO – 4.4.15

    And the issue still exists.
    I hope this is helpful, and I do see a few other posts about this now. I’ll keep following the forum and watching for updates.

    Thank you, I don’t mean to add pressure. I know this is a hot issue for you.
    I ask only because my clients ask me, and now I can at least say we’re talking and you’re working on it.

    Hi Courtney,
    It looks like the release that came out today (The Events Calendar 4.5.12.2 & The Events Calendar PRO 4.4.17) fixed my issue, I’ve upgraded and successfully tested.
