MemberHello Lasse
I’d love to help you out.
You can create recurring events with general info using Events Calendar Pro.
You can edit single events, but then it won’t display within the recurring events all link. See http://wpshindig.com/event/writespeakcode-work-night/all/ for an example.
Thanks

MemberHi Anthony
I’d like to help answer any questions you might have. How many sites do you foresee adding to your plan?
What additional questions do you have?
Thanks

MemberHi Jess
In Using One License for Live and Dev Sites https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-live-dev-sites/, we do specify which domain structures that we currently support for staging sites.Â
If your site doesn’t match the criteria, you can still use the plugin. You will need to manually run updates, the license may not register (or you could register it there while building and later Move Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/. If you need to contact support during that time, please manually send in your System Info.
Depending upon your configuration, a personal license may be sufficient. If not, and you don’t want the hassle of manual updates and manually sending System Info, then a business license should fit.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHello Mariska
Can you add the following code to your child theme, or in Appearance » Customize » Additional CSS?
#tribe-geo-results .type-tribe_events { display: none; } .tribe-filters-closed #tribe-events-content{display: none;} #tribe-events-content.tribe-events-list {display: none;}Are you adding the calendar using the shortcode:
[tribe_events view="map"]A word of caution, this will impact the Map view on your default Events page as well.
Does this work for you?
Thanks

MemberHi Janelle
It’s very odd that this isn’t showing for you as it ships with Events Calendar Pro. Let’s see if we can fix that.
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/? I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict. Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates).Â
Sometimes themes will relocate our settings into the theme settings. So, you might want to check your theme settings too.
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Finally, can you send along your System Info? That helps us quickly spot possible issues.
Thanks

MemberHi Joshua
We offer Event Aggregator, which works slight the opposite way. If you publish an event to Facebook first, it can then import it into your site.
With our Eventbrite Tickets, it would be creating an event on our site, then it can auto-publish to Eventbrite.
I’m wondering if the best option for you might look like:
Create your event with The Events Calendar & Eventbrite Tickets, » publishes to Eventbrite » publishes to Facebook. That may work for your needs and simplify the processes.
Thanks

Also, since your theme isn’t viewable in your System Info, I can’t tell if that’s a conflict potentially. Some themes work to integrate with our plugins in particular. While we love that, in doing so, some also rearrange where the settings related to Pro are located to be within their theme settings. Double check if your theme has done that.
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHi Michelle
I so sympathize with you on this. As the CSV only issue just started, can you go through the conflicts testing again? We have seen this happen due to either users not having current updates of all plugins or conflicts with other plugins/themes.
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.

What features of Events Calendar Pro are you using at the top level? (Often users get Pro for recurring events, layouts like Photoview, or to use shortcodes). Would you need those features also on the subsites? If so, upgrading your Pro license to cover the quantity of domains needed (I think Agency) would do this for you.
It sounds like you can downgrade Event Aggregator. To determine the right level, how many times per day across all 7 sites will you trigger the import to run?
To make the downgrade, please send an email to support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com. Review with them if they can move the difference toward the cost of upgrading Events Calendar Pro.

MemberHi Guillaume
Unfortunately, I don’t have an ETA for increasing our REST-API integration. If you feel this is a feature you need in the near future, I think your option for developer support sounds reasonable.
The code above lives in the
bucket\full-rest-apiI hope this helps you get that feature working sooner for you.

We haven’t had a record of this issue happening outside of Relevanssi. I will keep my eyes out for it though. Thanks again.

MemberHi Nanda
That is odd. I just tested the nearby feature on your site and the search parameter didn’t even try to run. MemberHello Rion
Unfortunately, we were not able to find either domain name in our system. If you can get into your site, you will see the license key at Events » Settings » Licenses. Copy/paste that into an email to
support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com
The other option is to review any company purchases that show proof of the transaction and share that with our email team as well.
I really hope we can locate it for you if this was a company purchase.
Thanks
