ParticipantI purchased this add on because I want to add recurring events to my calendar. It’s installed but when I add a new event, I don’t have any of the “pro” options. I’ve checked the settings and I don’t see the settings that are outlined in the help article for setting up your new plug in. Please help!

MemberHello Janice
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/? I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict. Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates). It looks like you may be a version behind on Events Calendar Pro.
Also, since your theme isn’t viewable in your System Info, I can’t tell if that’s a conflict potentially. Some themes work to integrate with our plugins in particular. While we love that, in doing so, some also rearrange where the settings related to Pro are located to be within their theme settings. Double check if your theme has done that.
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberGreat to hear Janice. Did you determine what the conflict was?
Thanks

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
