MemberHi Kevin
We’re certainly closer. It looks like you need to still add the 2nd code to remove the lower export button from https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/moving-the-export-events-button/.
To style the top export button, you’ll want to edit your CSS a bit. Please check out this Customizing WordPress #2 β Using Chrome Developers Tools YouTube video in addition to our Using Chrome Developer Tools tutorial on how to easily make changes using CSS. Add any changes to your code to your child theme, or in Appearance Β» Customize Β» Additional CSS?
To be absolutely sure your top button actually clicks, I’m including the code a 2nd time. I’ve tested this on my own site and it works there. On your site, it isn’t an active link.
/* * The Events Calendar - Add iCal Link Above Month View * @ Version 3.9.3 */ add_action('tribe_events_before_header', 'ecp_add_month_ical'); function ecp_add_month_ical() { if ( tribe_is_month() ) { echo ' <div class="tribe-events-cal-links">'; echo '<a title="' . $title . '" href="' . esc_url( tribe_get_ical_link() ) . '">+ Export Month\'s Events</a>'; echo '</div> <!-- .tribe-events-cal-links -->'; } }Can you copy/paste that in place again and see if the link works?
Thanks

MemberHi Stefan
I can’t view your System Info unfortuantely because this thread was started without that enabled. Can you manually copy/paste it here (feel free to mark this as a private reply via the web form).
Changing the site’s theme should not lose settings. However, you can certainly request a site backup by your webhost before trying. Unfortunately, we need this before we can troubleshoot further.
Thanks

MemberI’m sorry Kari
Because you started this thread without the System Info, I am unable to view it. Can you manually copy/paste it here for us? You can mark this thread as private if you’d like (when you submit it via the website, not by email)
Thanks

MemberHi Richard
I’d suggest starting with our free pluign: Event Tickets. If this works for you, Event Tickets Plus will work as well. Event Tickets Plus adds on the ability to purchase tickets, while Event Tickets allows for just free RSVP.
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Thanks

MemberHey Leander
Are you still seeing just 100 (not 1000) imports? It can take a few hours for client sites to see the increase.
If this is still happening, can you try to remove your license and then reactivate your license?
Thanks

MemberHi Trevor
In Using One License for Live and Dev Sites https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-live-dev-sites/, we do specify which domain structures that we currently support for staging sites.Β
If your site doesn’t match the criteria, you can still use the plugin.Β You will need to manually run updates, the license may not register (or you could register it there while building and later Move Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/.Β If you need to contact support during that time, please manually send in your System Info.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Martin
Your license has been emailed to you, and is available at My Account Β» Licenses.
When you installed the plugin, it should also have the license automatically applied. You can confirm and/or add your license by visiting Events Β» Settings Β» Licenses.
Please let me know if that works for you.
Thanks

MemberHi!
You defnitely need The Events Calendar activated in order to use Events Calendar Pro.
Have you tested to see if this displays properly while using a different theme, such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/? If so, reach out to Enfold and ask them if they’ve got a better solution.
I hope we can narrow this down.

MemberHello Scott
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?Β I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.Β Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard Β» Updates).Β
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHey LD
I think you’ll definitely be able to do this. In order to use Event Tickets Plus, you’ll need to first also install Event Tickets, which is free. Take a look at this if you want to now. In order to handle payments, we currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads.Read more about each optionβs features and payment gateways.
http://wpshindig.com/event/events-tickets-demo/ is a demo site we run to show how the expected layout will appear. You’ll be able to do some customizations as needed to blend elements with your theme.
We do have tutorials ready to help guide you through the setup process, beginning with https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-event-tickets/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks
