Richard
GuestHi
I have a wordpress site with a Bridge theme which is working well with woo commerce. I wish to add a facility to sell tickets but I don’t need a calendar of events – currently my events are shown as a product in woo commerce and I’d like to keep it that way. Will your event tickets plus plugin work for me? I need to have amendable attendee fiends and tickets that can be sent either in HTML that will print on one page or as a PDF.
If I purchase and it doesn’t work, do you offer a refund?
Thank you 🙂

MemberHi Richard
I’d suggest starting with our free pluign: Event Tickets. If this works for you, Event Tickets Plus will work as well. Event Tickets Plus adds on the ability to purchase tickets, while Event Tickets allows for just free RSVP.
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Thanks

GuestThanks Courtney
I’ve managed to create a ticket under a page setting which is fine.
What I’m trying to verify is can I convert an existing woo commerce product to a ticket using your pro plugin? I need to functionality the product template in woo commerce offers me.
Perhaps you can take a look at http://www.cheshire.wine/chester where you can see my products as they are now and you’ll hopefully see what I mean.
Thank you again for your help
Richard

MemberHi Richard
We do not offer a way to convert existing Woo products to tickets. However, when you create a ticket with Event Tickets Plus, it will use Woo for the ecommerce.
Does this help?
Thanks
