MemberHappy to help. I was mainly looking to be sure that all versions looked as expected, switching inside Chrome Dev Tools between phone/table/desktop resolutions.
Thanks again @mathewlewis!
Thanks

MemberHi Sheryar
I did test this out. Because Facebook requires you to select each event in date, it wouldn’t be considered truly “recurring”. For that we’d look for something from Facebook that could be set like “every Monday at 11am” or something similar enough to our Events Calendar Pro recurring events settings.
Thanks

MemberHi Erin
When I tested on mobile, it looks as I would expect compared to the desktop version. π

MemberHi Mitchell
I’m so sorry to hear about the new issues. Can you tell me what they are?
Can you confirm that you have events older than a month already created?
Thanks

MemberHi Oliver
1. Import Failed – a timeout from the source feed, a broken queue, a timeout from EA Server, throttling from EA Server, throttling from FB all fall into this basket; sometimes things just fail
2. before the upcoming release we were using imports in the wrong order and could happen to use imports that had been requested more than 4hrs before the import actually starts; when a client request an import to EA Service the service will provide a unique Import ID that will be valid for 4 hours; after that time the Import ID is not valid anymore and message 2 and 3 (2 if at the start of an import,
3 .if in the middle) will be returned; we have addressed that issue in our very soon to be released updateI hope this helps. I checked in with our lead Event Aggregator developer regarding these messages. You can expect that update to happen this week, perhaps within a day of this message. We’ve been hard at work cleaning up all the bugs in EA and are committed to making this experience exactly what our customers want.
Thanks

MemberHi Vallis
Can you open a new thread for this new issue? That would help us better answer you and provide more support in our forums.
Thanks

MemberHi Grace
I reviewed your System Info and it looks like there may be a bug in your version of Event Aggregator because plugins have not been updated on your site. Please update your plugins to see if that resolves the issue.
Thanks

MemberHi Stefan
I’d really like to confirm that you thoroughly tested all themes and plugins. Have you tried using Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/ and deactivating all plugins except The Events Calendar and Filter Bar? What were your results with just this setting (we recommend this be done using a staging server if possible).
Thanks

MemberHi Edward
You can deactivate sites from your account at My Account Β» Licenses. Can you walk through the steps on Moving Your License Key walks you through doing this.
Without renewing your license, the sites you add the plugin to will not activate. That means you won’t receive updates (we ship bug fixes approximately 2x monthly and new features monthly) nor will you have access to technical support. Our presales forum does not provide support beyond purchasing questions.
If you do decide to renew, I can coordinate with Latoya (who you met via our email support) to reopen that window for you, as it has only been a few days past the year mark on your account.
You can expect that we will check our responses within 24-48 hours weekdays, and are largely based throughout North and South America. We very much want to help you reach your goals for your clients websites.
Thanks

MemberHi Edward
I’ll move this over to https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/license-key-run-out-early/ as the issue is essentially the same.

MemberHi Richard
Welcome! π
Have you had a chance to look through our Themer’s Guide? It will help you avoid conflicts when we release plugin updates.
wp-content Β» plugins Β» events-calendar-pro Β» src Β» views Β» pro
That location should get you close. I visited your site and wasn’t able to find your calendar. Can you send me that link? I can direct you to a more specific file and line item to modify with that.
Thanks

MemberHi Dana
You can view our Bundles at https://theeventscalendar.com/bundles/. That is the extent of our discounts at this time.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Joshua
I found another person had the same request as you. Can you give the same solution a try for your site?
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/show-both-past-and-future-event-pins-on-map-view/#post-1012945Let me know how this works out.

MemberHi Jonathan
I took a peek at the code on the site you referenced. It looks like their calendar is coming from https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-bookings/.
Let’s see if I can help answer your questions.
1. I believe The Events Calendar can handle that for free for you. Give it a try!
2. Again, I think The Events Calendar would fit here
3. Event Tickets is also free, and our solution for free RSVPs
4. Paying for tickets with our products would involve Event Tickets Plus and installing an ecommerce plugin. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads.Read more about each optionβs features and payment gateways.
5. Unless each person registers individually, we do not have a way to move a bulk registration into individual payments. It isn’t to say that it can’t be done, but would exceed our Weβre limited in helping with styling customizations, per ourΒ Scope of SupportΒ /Β Terms. For that, we’d recommend Find A Customizer. Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHello Derek
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?Β I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.Β Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. We recommend doing this on a staging server.
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks
