MemberHello Susan
Unfortunately, your screenshot did not attach. Please visit https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/event-display-issues/ and upload it.
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?ย I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.ย Begin by deactivating all other plugins (including our extensions), using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard ยป Updates).ย
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHi Edward
I’m sorry you didn’t get the issue resolved yet. It looks like your license for Event Tickets Plus expired 6 days ago and that we shared how to renew that license.
I do not see a response back from you in the email support. Can you resend that?
Thanks

Thanks

MemberHi Bob
I’d like to confirm that you deactivated Fusion Builder, along with any other plugins that aren’t ours or WooCommerce. It is most peculiar to not see the post content editor. Can you confirm that you’ve deactivated all else and swapped in default theme like Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/ for testing?
Can you provide any links that do actually work? We’d like to get a closer look at those.
Thanks

MemberHi Grace
Not a problem, I can move this over to the EA forum.
Can you swap one of the sites to Central time and see if that resolves the issue?
Thanks

MemberThanks Jan! I’m happy that has resolved the issue. Let us know if you get stumped again.

MemberHi Gareth
I’m so sorry to hear that. I do hope your next host is better equipped to handle your server load needs. We haven’t had this issue with other hosts nor any common complaints regarding this.
To thoroughly delete all data entered by our plugin, it will take some handy-work in your MySQL database.
This tutorial can guide you through deleting the content. https://www.w3schools.com/php/php_mysql_delete.asp
DELETE wp_posts
FROM wp_posts
INNER JOIN wp_postmeta ON wp_postmeta.post_id = dev_posts.ID
WHERE wp_posts.post_type IN (
'tribe_events',
'tribe_venue',
'tribe_organizer'
)
If this is a bit beyond your skills, going to Events and deleting all content from single events, venues, organizers, etc. will delete most all traces of our plugin in your database, then delete the plugins.
I’m sorry this has happened, and truly if we had a performance issue like this that was getting the same issue with even several other customers, we would certainly move to resolve it.
Thanks again

MemberHi Nick
It looks like you only have a license for Image Widget Plus. Do you have Filter Bar through another account?
If so…

MemberHi Dave
At this time, our single event listings can by connected to Google and iCal. Take a look at our demo site from your phone with this link:
http://wpshindig.com/event/women-in-tech-monthly-meeting/2017-10-21/
I believe iCal can import into Outlook, and thus likely Exchange as well.
Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
Thanks

MemberHi Grisha
Event Aggregator doesn’t require a download. It comes inside of The Events Calendar. Just head over to Events ยป Settings ยป Licenses and put in the license that you see at My Account ยป Licenses.
Let me know if that works for you.
Thanks
