ParticipantI am setting up a new calendar and I am having a number of issues with site display of events. I will attach a private screen shot on next message.
1. When using the extension to click title to link to website url, it works unless there is a reason for another view to display (i.e. if there are too many events on one day and I click see all # events, then the event information displays from the website not the source url. I’ve tried only allowing certain “views” and it still does not solve the problem. I would like to be able to have all views available but have the event transfer to the website url if there is a click anywhere on the event.
2. The week view is stretched to completely unreadable.
3. The month view has inconsistent displays of /* at the start of event description and the event stretches to unrealistic sizing as shown on the next thread screen shot.
4. I have successfully added css to remove export links, “read more”, “continue reading”,
5. Is there a way to bulk edit for hide and ignore?

MemberHello Susan
Unfortunately, your screenshot did not attach. Please visit https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/event-display-issues/ and upload it.
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/? I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict. Begin by deactivating all other plugins (including our extensions), using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates).
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
