MemberHi Andre!
So sorry about the conflict. Last night our team announced The Events Calendar 4.5.12.3 is now available, which resolves an issue related to the display of events in the default Month View. This issue (https://core.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/41496) was introduced with WordPress version 4.8.2 and impacts all previous versions of The Events Calendar–all users are encouraged to update as soon as possible. No other changes were made to any other areas of the plugin, and we apologize to anyone who might have been affected by this issue.

MemberHi Jennifer
I visited your link and expanded the filters.

Are you still experiencing the same result as your users reported?
Thanks

MemberHi Freddy
It looks like your site is using the events list widget. Can you show me a screenshot of the settings for that area? You’d need to upload that image by visiting our forums, as emailed attachments don’t reach us.
Did you try to go through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/? I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict. Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates).Â
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHello Nannette
Can you tell us a bit more about your site? What is the web address? Do you have the license key visible? If so, send it to us via a private reply.
We’d like to look into this more thoroughly for you.
Thanks

MemberHi Filipa
It sounds like you might be looking for Community Events https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-community-events/. This will allow people to submit events that require an admin to publish them live (if you prefer, you could also allow them to be directly published).
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Ed
So sorry about the link, let’s try that again – Can you walk through the steps on Moving Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/.
You are capable of installing the last version of the plugin that your account had. You can still get that at My Account » Downloads. However, it is really worth noting that our updates are security and other bug fix related. I’d hate to see issues arise because your plugin was out of date.
We aim to respond to all forum posts within a 24-48 hour weekday timeframe per our Scope of Support.
You can learn more about what you can and can’t do with the plugins you’ve purchased at Terms.
Is there anything else we can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Mitchell
The next step I need to escalate this ticket further is for debug. Would you mind enabling WP_DEBUG and sharing any PHP errors you see while navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket?
Once you share your WP_DEBUG findings, we may be able to get an idea of any plugin or theme conflicts.
Please enable WP_DEBUG on your site. You’ll need to edit to your site’s wp-config.php file and change this line of code:
define('WP_DEBUG', false);to this:define('WP_DEBUG', true);
(or add this line of code if you can’t find mention of ‘WP_DEBUG’ in your wp-config.php file)If any errors do appear while navigating your site’s pages, please copy and paste them in their entirety into a new ticket reply — along with the URL of where you saw the error(s) — and make sure you set it as a Private reply.
Please also check for Javascript errors: Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors
Thanks
