MemberHi Christian
Unfortunately, we are unable to test every possible theme. I will say that Filter Bar does not work with shortcodes. It is designed to reside on the default Events page, or whatever you might rename that page/slug.
Can you send me a link to your event list? I’d like to take a closer look.
Thanks

MemberHi Marco
When you go to Events Β» Settings Β» Import, do you have the Event Update Authority set to overwrite?
I hope to help you resolve this quickly.
Thanks

MemberHello JesΓΊs
Unfortunately, I’m not authorized to handle this request.
Please send an email to support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com. a billing support staff will respond. Please be advised, much of the company is away for a few days for the USA Thanksgiving holiday. Someone will respond by early next week.
Thanks

MemberHey there Alyson
I see that you have https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/change-labels-events-venues-organizers/ active on your site. Can you start by deactivating that and testing to see if things work again?
If that isn’t the issue, please deactivate all plugins and use Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/. One by one reactivate our plugins and see if the issue persists.
I hope we can get to the bottom of this soon.
Thanks

MemberHi Alex
Filter Bar is its own plugin, separate from Events Calendar Pro or other plugins. You can see each of our products at https://theeventscalendar.com/products/804/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey there Gary
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/making-tickets/ might be a helpful place to start. Each of your different rates would be a ticket within a single event. It will ask you for the capacity, meaning max number of tickets for that type.
Does this help clear things up?
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Ori
It looks like it should display in the same location where you have the “Login to RSVP” information.
Avada does have some customizations in how they integrate with our plugins, and may offer some support on the design of it.
When you import an event from Facebook like yours, the link for outix.net would appear like you see on the left side on http://wpshindig.com/event/santa-cruz-wordpress-fans/2017-12-27/ (our demo site).
Is that how you are processing payments? We do offer a way to purchase tickets in Event Tickets Plus. For that, we currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads (free additional plugins to install for payment processing). Read more about each optionβs features and payment gateways.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Michael
We have not tested these with Woo Memberships. You are welcome to give them a go and let us know how it works.
Our non-profit application indicates it can be a 2-3 week timeframe for a response. Often it is MUCH faster. However, our billing support staff is primarily USA based, and off for the Thanksgiving holiday. It is very likely that you’d get a response next week.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey there
Glad we stopped that before it got messy!
We are in the process of updating our video and screenshot materials to better help new users. The best source for now of getting started with Event Aggregator is https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-event-aggregator/.
Just to be sure you are aware, we do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Millie
I see that you have WooCommerce installed. Is it activated?
Do you see the +New Ticket button as shown on:
Hoping we get this sorted out soon.
Thanks

MemberHi Adam
Unlike all our other plugins, Event Aggregator will stop working when your license has expired. It relies upon our servers to process the importing of events, so when the license expires, you’ll lose access to it and support.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Ori
Let’s see if I can help. Is the event free on Facebook? Can you share a link for that so I can test it?
You can go in to the imported event and configure the ticket settings to reflect the price.
Thanks

MemberHi Adam
Can you tell me if the same thing happens with all other plugins deactivated except leaving Event Tickets, Event Tickets Plus, and The Events Calendar activated?
Thanks
