ParticipantHI
There seems to be a problem with the links. I hope there is a simple solution.
In the weekly and monthly calendar the events show in boxes. these link well. However when you hover over the box and more information pops up in a box with small picture and excerpt the mouse curser changes as if there is a link but you can not click on it to go to the events page ?

Please can you tell me how i can get these links working?
many thanksNovember 23, 2017 at 11:00 am #1390186Courtney
MemberHey there Alyson
I see that you have https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/change-labels-events-venues-organizers/ active on your site. Can you start by deactivating that and testing to see if things work again?
If that isn’t the issue, please deactivate all plugins and use Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/. One by one reactivate our plugins and see if the issue persists.
I hope we can get to the bottom of this soon.
Thanks

ParticipantHi
i tried disabling the rebel plugin and there was no change.
i have tried the 20 17 theme and no difference.
something else strange has happened. the colour of the boxes on the weekly calendar are now not working either.November 27, 2017 at 11:23 am #1392842Courtney
MemberHi Alyson
Unfortunately, the color of the boxes is not part of our plugin. It does seem like you have some additional customizations on your site, as well as the use of Event Category Colors, which is a 3rd party plugin. Only plugins authored by Modern Tribe are supported in the forums.
Can you set up a test version of your site using only Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/ and our plugin to see if that works? If you are able to do this live, please send the link.
Thanks

i put the site in maintenance mode and checked it in the 20 17 theme. It made no difference.
It is a very large site and so i am unable to copy it and create a test site.
the site is live and is being used so i am unable to temporarily change the theme and make it live.i have sorted the colour part out.

MemberHi Alyson
http://wpshindig.com/events/week/?tribe-bar-date=2017-12 I used this to dig in a bit further. It looks like in week view, the popup display does show a mouse that would cause a visitor to believe it is clickable. The popup on standard month views does not do that. I’ll flag it as a bug for now, and update you when and if we are able to resolve this.
Thanks
