ParticipantHi There
I am using X theme PRO and have installed events tickets & events tickets plus.
Even with the free events tickets plugin I have no option in the menu to create an event.
I’ve used this plugin on the same theme on other sites with no issues.
Any recommendations??
Thanks,
Millie

MemberHi Millie
It looks like you might want to install The Events Calendar as well. Event Tickets will allow you to add tickets to posts/pages/events, but you need TEC installed to be able to create an event.
Does this solve the problem for you?
Thanks

ParticipantThanks Courtney
I did that and all the options came up on the menu – awesome!
Unfortunately when setting up an event, it doesn’t give me the option to have paid tickets.
I have both events tickets and events tickets plus installed.

MemberHi Millie
I see that you have WooCommerce installed. Is it activated?
Do you see the +New Ticket button as shown on:
Hoping we get this sorted out soon.
Thanks

ParticipantHi Courtney
No I don’t see any option to add a new ticket. I have used the platform multiple websites and this one seems to be tricky (maybe it’s just my sleep deprivation). Woocommerce is activated and setup.
I have disabled all plugins except woo commerce, and the events calendar, tickets & tickets plus – still no option to add a ticket.
Thanks,
Millie

MemberHi Millie
I noticed you are using a different company’s event calendar plugin. That should still be okay.
When you go to Events ยป Settings ยป Tickets, have you set which post/page type you want tickets to display on? That might be our issue, and a simple fix.
Thanks
