ParticipantGood morning,
I need a bit of help trying to figure out how to install and configure this please. I have WooComerce installed and need to create an event/ticket that will allow the customer to first pick a date they would like to attend and then the following sub costs
Adults – $10.50
Children (4-12) – $8.50
Kama’aina/Military – $9.75
Hawaii Resident Student – $7.00
Group Tours (25 or more) – $9.00
Children under 4 are free when accompanied by an adult.Next would be how many people for each of the above would they like to purchase. Cant seem to find an instruction guide that dosent take me around in a circle.
I have installed events and then events ticket plus.
If you need access to the wordpress install please let me know.
Thank you and happy thanksgiving.

MemberHey there Gary
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/making-tickets/ might be a helpful place to start. Each of your different rates would be a ticket within a single event. It will ask you for the capacity, meaning max number of tickets for that type.
Does this help clear things up?
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

ParticipantLast Piece of the puzzle is how do they pick the date and time they would like to attend? We are doing tours so its everyday but we need to have them pick a day and time of the tour?
Thanks!

MemberFor that, I would recommend either making different events for each time with a single ticket per event or making 1 event with multiple tickets reflecting the time slots on the ticket.
I hope that helps.
Thanks

ParticipantHi Courtney I don’t think that will work for my client and may need a
refund. Will let you know.November 28, 2017 at 5:09 pm #1394318Courtney
MemberHey Gary
I’m sorry about that. I do hope we can work this out together.
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Thanks
