MemberHi Alyson
Unfortunately, the color of the boxes is not part of our plugin. It does seem like you have some additional customizations on your site, as well as the use of Event Category Colors, which is a 3rd party plugin. Only plugins authored by Modern Tribe are supported in the forums.
Can you set up a test version of your site using only Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/ and our plugin to see if that works? If you are able to do this live, please send the link.
Thanks

MemberFor that, I would recommend either making different events for each time with a single ticket per event or making 1 event with multiple tickets reflecting the time slots on the ticket.
I hope that helps.
Thanks

MemberHi Michal
Yes, .csv file imports will work with or without an Event Aggregator license.
Thanks

MemberHi Ori
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
I tried to view your site but it says that it is offline. Please let me know when it is restored.
Thanks

MemberHi Vic
We do have a page of businesses that we recommend for advanced customization work: Find A Customizer
They may be able to further develop this for you.
Thanks

Memberhttps://theeventscalendar.com/sale-black-friday-2017/ has the coupon code links for Black Friday discounts. You’ll add the coupon that fits your needs at checkout.
Event Aggregator allows you to install the license on up to 10 sites. The amount of scheduled imports is counted, not individual events imported. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/event-aggregators-import-limits-work/ can clarify that more for you. You would use the same license key across all of the sites.
Thanks

MemberHey there
Yes, when a page is an organizer of an event in Facebook, it is imported as the event organizer in Event Aggregator as well.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberThat is odd Adam, but it does seem related to the child theme. Does this happen if just the Beaver Builder parent theme is active?
Thanks

MemberHi there Michael
I’m sorry. The link you shared is not our company. Our plugins can be found at The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro.
We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes and Widget Shortcodes
If you feel that the shortcode areas I linked to aren’t meeting your needs, we welcome your feedback. I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Millie
I noticed you are using a different company’s event calendar plugin. That should still be okay.
When you go to Events Β» Settings Β» Tickets, have you set which post/page type you want tickets to display on? That might be our issue, and a simple fix.
Thanks

MemberHi Amy
You can go through the CSS tips above to get started customizing that section.
Weβre limited in helping with styling customizations, per ourΒ Scope of SupportΒ /Β Terms.
Here’s a quick example of code to get you started:
.tribe-events-tickets {background-color: #333 !important};I’d be happy to review any CSS code you get started.
Thanks

MemberHi Piotr
Event Tickets (free rsvp) and Event Tickets Plus (paid plugin that integrates with e-commerce for purchasing tickets). These are the the only options that we have for registration.
What are you hoping to achieve that these plugins could not?
Thanks
