ParticipantHello!
I was excited to turn my website into an ecommerce site using this plugin. However the Events tickets plus plugin has drastically affected sales leading to multiple cancelled events since it was installed in mid October. People are coming to the page via PPC ad and dropping out when they go to checkout. I would prefer going back to Eventbrite completely for ticket sales or compromising by swapping this Tickets Plus plugin for the Eventbrite plugin. I’ve deactivated the plugin because it’s been detrimental to have it live.
Can someone in customer service help me out? I don’t see a phone number anywhere.
Thank you!

MemberHi Amy
We’d be happy to swap your plugins to Eventbrite Tickets. I’m so sorry you are experiencing a decline in sales. Let’s see if we can fix that.
Please send an email to support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com of these details to get this resolved.
Thanks

ParticipantLaToya asked me to post the following:
The meta portion of the ticket form is illegible. I have been scouring the forums for CSS that would change the font color so that people could at least read it. This shouldn’t be a hard thing to get right out of the box.
I’m not a developer, so I understand there’s a bit of a learning curve with plugin configurations. I just didn’t expect the impact to be as negative as it has been this month.
I don’t want to risk changing it out for something else that is broken.November 22, 2017 at 8:36 am #1389147Courtney

Yes, tech support belongs here, and billing/returns/exchanges in emails.
Without knowing a link to your calendar, I’m a bit limited in looking up the CSS you need specifically. A few tips to help you carry this further include:
- Start by modifying what you can at Appearance » Customize » The Events Calendar.
- We generally don’t recommend that you change the theme or plugin’s CSS files directly, as they will be overwritten. To avoid this, follow the steps outlined in Themer’s Guide
- Use overriding CSS files, or add CSS to your site using Appearance » Customize » Additional CSS.
- Use !important before a semicolon to override every css rule. It’s a brute force method, but works for quick fixes.
- Please check out this Customizing WordPress #2 – Using Chrome Developers Tools YouTube video in addition to our Using Chrome Developer Tools tutorial on how to easily make changes using CSS.
If you are able to get started with what I shared and then send in a link to the exact page you need help with, I’d be happy to take another look.
Thanks

ParticipantHere’s an example of a ticket on sale: http://dosask.com/event/christmas-soiree-for-singles-38-and-under-do-sask/
When you enter a ticket, the meta ticket fields are illegible (image attached).
I haven’t changed any CSS code other than turning off the remaining tickets.November 27, 2017 at 10:38 am #1392752Courtney
MemberHi Amy
You can go through the CSS tips above to get started customizing that section.
We’re limited in helping with styling customizations, per our Scope of Support / Terms.
Here’s a quick example of code to get you started:
.tribe-events-tickets {background-color: #333 !important};I’d be happy to review any CSS code you get started.
Thanks
