Timeframe for Non-Profit Application Approval

Hi,

The Sebastian County Humane Society applied a couple of weeks ago for a discounted version of The Event Calendar PRO. We have already purchased an Event Aggregator license.

What’s the normal timeframe for hearing back about our application?

https://theeventscalendar.com/apply-for-npp indicates that our approval process can be 2-3 weeks. Often this is much faster, however, with some of our staff being USA based and away for the holiday, I would expect it will be at least early next week to get a response.
