You can go in to the imported event and configure the ticket settings to reflect the price.

Hi Ori

It looks like it should display in the same location where you have the “Login to RSVP” information.

Avada does have some customizations in how they integrate with our plugins, and may offer some support on the design of it.

When you import an event from Facebook like yours, the link for outix.net would appear like you see on the left side on http://wpshindig.com/event/santa-cruz-wordpress-fans/2017-12-27/ (our demo site).

Is that how you are processing payments? We do offer a way to purchase tickets in Event Tickets Plus. For that, we currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads (free additional plugins to install for payment processing). Read more about each option’s features and payment gateways.

i don’t have a support from the theme company there is a way you can help me with that? i paid for every things but i can’t do anythings if the event price won’t work 🙁

ok so i have a problem i listen to your advice to buy the tickets plus plugin after avada theme support say that i must have it to customize the cost of the events but it not fixing my problem i want a refund just for the tickets plus plugin i don’t need it i just want to set the price hope you can understand the situation the support of avada theme and you make me think i was wrong but i’m not 🙂
there is a problem with the cost of the events i don’t know where if its a plugin bug or a theme bug but the tickets plus it’s not the solution

Event cost not showing up

this is work for me because i use tickets plus and install the extension

but i don’t need the tickets plus plugin and i just want to be able to set and change the price i assumes that something going wrong when i install the pro version it’s just hide the event cost field in the backend
please help me solving this without the tickets plus and the extension plugin and please refund me for the ticket plus plugin

We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.

hey thanks everything goes well until the update 🙂 the cost disappeared again i install the show cost field but like the first time i can’t manage the cost field from the back end so i add this code again

to my function.php file but now all the events cost that was all ready with value turn to 0 can you help me with that?

sorry about it i just found out that only the field i fill in letters are valued to 0 everything else are fine
