MemberHi Robert
Sorry for the confusion. You should’ve received an email containing a link to download Events Calendar Pro and the license key as well as Community Events.
Can you go to My Account » Downloads https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin. You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar plugin active as well.
Then get your license key, and go to Events » Settings » Licenses to enter it.
It looks like you tried to do this, but in the Event Aggregator field instead.
Let me know if this works now.
Thanks

MemberHey Ken
The only thing that would be dumb is not getting the help you need. Since you’re here, you’re much smarter than you give yourself credit for.
I tried to review your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ . It really helps us diagnose what might be happening on your site, so please do send that along.
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ecommerce-settings/ shows you how to set up an e-commerce plugin. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads.Read more about each option’s features and payment gateways. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ecommerce-settings I’m suspecting you might not have that set up yet. Paypal would connect to either of those plugins.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHello
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/? I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.
We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).
Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates).
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHey Mike…I think we’ve crossed paths at WCUS over a lunch in Philly (and former Headway user?) 😉
We just changed our name from “Forums” to “Help Desk”. All else remains the same here. Primarily we are moving to an expectation that staff will handle your tickets typically within 24-48 hours on weekdays.
Right now, a skeleton crew of staff is available this week. 95% of our team is away on a team trip and offline for the week.
I will do my best to locate your ticket and see what I can do.
Thanks

MemberHi Shannon
Events Calendar Pro does not specifically test with every plugin. However, I believe we are compatible with BuddyPress. You can run a test using our free The Events Calendar https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar plugin first. If that works, Pro will as well.
https://wpshindig.com/event/codeforcuritiba-hack-night/2018-01-31/ is an example on our demo site. You can see the field “Organizer” displayed there. This is roughly the same thing as an event creator. Is that the information you were looking for? It does work on Pro.
Thanks

Finally, double check for any Javascript specific errors ( Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors#Step_3:_Diagnosis) and let us know which errors you are seeing.
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Also, are you able to set the site up in such a way that we can see past maintenance mode? We have a policy of not logging in to the administrative end of clients sites, but can log in to get around maintenance mode issues to see what the conflict might be.
Thanks

MemberHey Sheri
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/listing-venues-and-organizers/ shows an extension we created a while ago to list venues. You can see that it includes filtering out venues. It could work to narrow it down to just the venue that you are wanting to display.
Ultimately though, I think this is something you may want to wait on Beaver Themer to put together. It seems like that would better suit your needs, as you are pretty far along in building your site with Themer.
Thank you for continuing to test this. It really is fun to work on this, despite it not being officially released or supported yet.
Thanks

MemberHi Lara
Exporting attendee data is part of Event Tickets
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/managing-your-orders-and-attendees/#exporting-attendees can show you how to export that data as a CSV file that Excel can open. Notice that attendees are a part of Event Tickets (free) and Event Tickets Plus (a separate paid plugin that allows you to charge for ticket orders – not included with Community Events).
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

No worries. I would be super concerned if we got your request and you didn’t get a response.
Glad things are working now.

MemberHi Kristine
I’m not seeing the CSS code:
class="tribe-button tribe-button-secondary"
I’ve tested in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. What browser are you using? Can you send me a screenshot displaying that information?
Thanks
Courtney ?Courtney
MemberHi Ricardo
Yes, that would be per year.
If all the sites are running The Events Calendar, Event Aggregator can import those using the “Other URL”. That would not need REST API integration. You would simply add a site to import one time by typing in the web address. Then you schedule it to meet your needs.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Batmunkh
The tutorial is for more than an image. Each seat becomes its own ticket within an event. The tutorial actually does it by row, with 9 seats available per row.
Admittedly, this is a more tedious approach with seating. We do have a resource of Find A Customizer https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/ if you would prefer to hire someone to carry this out for you further.
Does that help?
Thanks
