ParticipantOn Nov 21st, 2017 I purchased the events calendar pro for $134, and my license key did not work when I tried it a week or so later. I posted here, and no response.
Today I tried again, as the calendar needs to be updated with several recurring events, and the key is still giving me the invalid error message.
I checked my account, and it says I have the product until Nov 21, 2018. The message inside the WordPress plugin says the key is invalid. I bought this to be able to use the add-on over 2 different websites, and this website (lulsuficenter.org) is the only one I have tried the key on.
I posted here 2 months ago, and got NO response. Please help me fix this or give me a refund, since I cannot use the product!!!

Sorry for the confusion and the delay. I did look for the earlier support ticket you mentioned and could not locate it. https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/users/admin-kg/support/topics/. Do you have an email confirming that we received your request for help?
You should’ve received an email containing a link to download Events Calendar Pro and the license key.
Can you go to My Account » Downloads and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin. You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar plugin active as well.
Then get your license key, and go to Events » Settings » Licenses to enter it.
It looks like you tried to do this, but in the Event Aggregator field instead.
Let me know if this works now.
