Hey Kandace. Thanks for the prior details.

I suspect that you could require a permalink refresh. To do that could you do the following:
    1) Go to WP Admin > Settings > Permalinks (or [your site]/wp-admin/options-permalink.php)
    2) Click save.

    Did that fix it?

If not, please test all the different permalink options and see if the Default works and if any of the other (non-Default) options work.

I look forward to hearing back from you.

    Thanks.

Hi Joel. Thanks for the screenshot; it always helps.

I tested this on my local site with the Twenty Fifteen theme and couldn’t recreate the issue.

Could you try temporarily activating the default Twenty Fifteen theme, and seeing if the issue persists.

If disabling the theme fixes it, we have narrowed the issue down to a theme conflict. Do you have any theme overrides for the Events Calendar? If so could you try disabling them by renaming your [themename]/tribe-events/ folder to ‘tribe-events-bak’. Did that fix it?

If the issue persists in the default Twenty Fifteen theme, then we have a different set of debugging steps. Please keep the Twenty Fifteen theme enabled, and also disable any plugins other than the ones from Modern Tribe to see if that fixes it. If it does, please try re-enabling the plugins one at a time until the issue resurfaces. When it does resurface, can you let me know which plugin caused that to happen?

    Howdy.

Do you have a link I could view and possibly help out with?

And what do you WANT the colors to be?

    Marcel,

Thank you for your detailed question.

I see you’re using the Venue widget.

I looked at the code in this file: /wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/views/pro/widgets/venue-widget.php and saw that the 2 phrases you’re asking about are not currently translatable:

    Screenshot 2015-11-10 23.15.08

I will bring up this issue to the developers.

Thank you for pointing it out to us. I hope they can make it translatable in the near future.

    Hi Julianna.

I tested the Events List widget on my local site and the link “View More…” link works correctly.

Could you try temporarily activating the default Twenty Fifteen theme, and seeing if the issue persists.

Hi Linda. I see you posted this support question in the Translations forum. I moved it to the Pre-Sales forum just as a place to put it since we do not provide support for non-paid users.

For this specific request, though, I’ll point you to one of our existing feature requests, for which you can vote: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/3777092-subscribe-to-calendar-via-ical

If you made your purchase(s) through a different user account and have any other questions, please login to that account and then post in one of the paid forums.

Thank you for your understanding and thank you for using our plugins.

    Hi again, David.

I tested that link and it’s working just fine for me upon initial page load: http://cl.ly/image/473L3W2d143B

Have you noticed the issue on certain devices (Mac/PC, iPhone/Android, etc) or certain browser widths or any other way to narrow down what the actual issue might be?

Here are our widgets and shortcodes.

If we don’t have a shortcode version of a widget you want to use, you may also be interested in installing the third-party amr shortcode any widget plugin (we don’t provide support for it and can’t guarantee it).

Let me know if this does the trick for you.

Alexandra, thanks for upgrading with us!

The Events Calendar (free plugin) is required. The PRO add-on is just that, an add-on to the free core plugin.

Would you please provide me a link to view your main calendar and a link to the single view of one of the events in the recurrence/series that should be displaying on it?

    David, thanks for the details.

I visited http://kidsmagicworld.com.au/events/ and it works just fine.

Did you resolve the issue? Or maybe you should try a different browser or clear your browser cache and visit again to see if it’s working.

Please let me know what you find out.

    Thanks.

Hi Paul. I visited http://www.kentuckyliving.com/events/community/add in all 3 browsers (on my Mac) and I didn’t see any differences.

The only thing I found odd was that some page loads the form was the only thing that appeared but there was no styling at all. It happened in all 3 browsers but a page refresh fixed it.

    Thanks for the additional information.

Does your event page(s) work correctly if WooCommerce is active but WooTickets is inactive?

Basically, I’m wondering if any of these combinations DOES work:

    • TEC core + WooCommerce
    • TEC core + PRO + WooCommerce
    • TEC core + PRO + WooCommerce + Filter Bar
    • TEC core + Filter Bar + WooCommerce

Thanks for testing. I look forward to your reply.
