ParticipantHi,
In Google Chrome the events form works fine.
In Safari, fields to add new venue details are missing. Can see the fields for venue details briefly during page load, then they disappear. There is an “add organizer” link below saved organizers, but no link under saved venues, nor any fields.
In Firefox, only some text loads, but no active fields.
All browsers are up-to-date.
Events Calendar 3.12.5
Community Events 3.12.1The events section of our site is very important to our community, please advise on possible fix as soon as possible.
Thanks!

MemberHi Paul. I visited http://www.kentuckyliving.com/events/community/add in all 3 browsers (on my Mac) and I didn’t see any differences.
The only thing I found odd was that some page loads the form was the only thing that appeared but there was no styling at all. It happened in all 3 browsers but a page refresh fixed it.
Could you try temporarily activating the default Twenty Fifteen theme, and seeing if the issue persists.
If disabling the theme fixes it, we have narrowed the issue down to a theme conflict. Do you have any theme overrides for the Events Calendar? If so could you try disabling them by renaming your [themename]/tribe-events/ folder to ‘tribe-events-bak’. Did that fix it?
If the issue persists in the default Twenty Fifteen theme, then we have a different set of debugging steps. Please keep the Twenty Fifteen theme enabled, and also disable any plugins other than the ones from Modern Tribe to see if that fixes it. If it does, please try re-enabling the plugins one at a time until the issue resurfaces. When it does resurface, can you let me know which plugin caused that to happen?

ParticipantChanging theme and deactivating plugins didn’t help. The problem did not change at all.
Loads in Firefox & Safari yield a partially loaded, un-styled page.
Re-loading shows a form where user cannot enter new Venue or Organizer details.Works fine in Chrome.
I’m on MAC with Yosemite and updated browsers, but I’ve also had users on all platforms having the same issues.Cannot test Windows platform from here.
Is there an email address or somewhere I can send screenshots?
A secondary issue: I previously eliminated photo uploads for Community Events. The upload field is back, and I can’t locate the code to eliminate it.

MemberPaul, please upload screenshots to Dropbox, Cloudup, Jing, Flickr, Google Drive, or any other such service.
If you want, you can set any of your replies within a thread as “Private”.
Once I get some screenshots, I’ll look into this further.
Thanks.

MemberI tested a couple things (setting a default venue, setting a default organizer, having a venue that starts with double-quotes, same for organizer) and couldn’t get the “Use New Venue” and “Use New Organizer” options to go away…
I am not sure what else to suggest other than switching to Twenty Fifteen theme, deactivating all non-Modern Tribe plugins, and then letting me test out the form at that link (or on a staging/development site if at all possible).
Ideally, please also enable WP_DEBUG. You’ll need to edit to your site’s wp-config.php file and change this line of code:
define('WP_DEBUG', false);to this:define('WP_DEBUG', true);
(or add this line of code if you can’t find mention of ‘WP_DEBUG’ in your wp-config.php file)Let me know if you want to pursue this route of support.

MemberPaul,
If I’m not mistaken, I think this turned out to be a confirmed bug that has been fixed in today’s core/free plugin’s update.
Did you try The Events Calendar v3.12.6 and Community Events v3.12.1 (available via https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/)?
