    Hello,

    I’m using Events Calendar w/ the community and woocommerce tickets add ons. I’ve registered an account as an end user would and when I create the event an email should be sent to the admin account to advise of the event submission, however, I haven’t received anything.

    I’ve checked spam, junk, etc and there’s nothing there. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    My host is w/ GoDaddy.

    I tried to visit that link but it was a blank white page with just this on it:

    Since the site isn’t working at this time, I’ll just ask the general questions to get us started:

    • Are you positive your end user’s email address is entered correctly (i.e. a valid email address)?
    • Is your site sending all other emails besides these event emails?
    • At wp-admin > Events > Settings > Community tab: What do you have for these settings?
      • “Allow anonymous submissions”
      • “Send an email alert when a new event is submitted”
        and “Email addresses to be notified” (One address per line)

    Hello Cliff,

    I resolved the issue that was being experienced that showed the blank screen and the header output issue. My apologies.

    To answer your question, yes, the end users email address is correct. After further diagnosis w/ the host, there looks to be an issue sending mail from the site regardless of where trying to send from i.e, contact form, forgot password, user registration, etc.

    It look as if this is host problem and not a plugin issue. Thank you for the reply and hopefully my host can resolve.
