MemberHi again, Kamran.
1)
I visited that event’s link, clicked “1 Male Ticket” and “Add to Cart” and then it took a while but it did redirect me to https://sincebeingsingle.com/login/ (at which I did not try to login/register)
Also, the Login link in the top menu (alongside Blog, Our Story, and Sign Up Free) also went to https://sincebeingsingle.com/login/
So is this issue resolved for you?
2)
I’m not sure what styling you’re wanting to change, but we try to keep our threads focused on just one issue to ensure we answer each question. Please keep this in mind for the future and start a new thread for this 2nd question if you still need assistance with it. Thanks for your understanding.
And please let me know about issue #1.
Thanks!
Cliff
MemberSounds good. I’m hopeful you’ll get it figured out.
Cliff
MemberHey July (it’s your month!) 😉
Thanks for following those steps and sharing what you found to be the conflict.
Do you know if there was any reason Post Types Order was causing this conflict, such as you editing the order of Events or using a specific setting in the plugin?
Thanks for any extra info you can provide.
Cliff
MemberI passed that feedback along to the developers, but I’d doubt it’d be implemented because Event Tickets Plus supports multiple eCommerce plugins and the splitting of payments is handled by ET+, not by the eCommerce plugin.
Cliff
MemberAh. You’re trying to use Event Tickets with The Events Calendar PRO’s recurring events feature… this isn’t supported at this time.
This limitation is stated at Event Tickets Plus’ product purchase page.
This feature is definitely on our radar for a future release, but I cannot guarantee when it might be released.
Cliff
MemberSure thing! Glad it worked for you.

MemberYou bet! Please note that even if this thread gets closed due to inactivity (automatically happens after 2 weeks), this thread should still get a reply added once the fix is released.

MemberHi Diane.
It sounds like you’re experiencing one of our known bugs if this is what you’re experiencing:
1. add an event with an RSVP ticket
2. submit an RSVP to this event (with the email address of the account you’re currently logged in as)
3. view this event’s front-end display and notice the “View Your RSVPs” link to this-events-slug/tickets and that it works fine
4. copy the-events-calendar/src/views/single-event.php to yourtheme/tribe-events/single-event.php but don’t make any changes to it
5. view this-events-slug/ then click the “View Your RSVPs” link to this-events-slug/tickets page again
6. notice it just refreshed/reloaded the this-events-slug/ pageI’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release. I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.
And thank you for your suggested resolution!
Cliff
MemberHi Jessica (and Hans). Sorry you’re experiencing this.
The internal bug tracker that your previous forum thread was linked to was supposedly fixed as of version 4.0.7
However, I tried it on my local testing site with the latest versions of TEC and TEC PRO and found the following:
When creating a new Event:
- I tested using a saved Venue and it didn’t work (although a saved Organizer did work).
- And I tested with default address information (address, city, country, etc) and ONLY the Default State worked.
When creating a new Venue:
- The address information (address, city, state, country, etc) ALL worked as expected.
If this is also what you’re experiencing, please know that I have logged a new bug report for this issue.

MemberHi Bruce.
I was able to reproduce this. Here’s a video of my findings: https://cl.ly/0I0t0i430m0e

MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
Please reference this blog post: Release: Events Calendar PRO 4.2.2.1
And then follow these troubleshooting steps:
Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please share your System Information. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
It seems the events are in order from July to October but then it displays July again at the bottom. Therefore, I’d recommend following our recommended troubleshooting steps:

MemberI’d suggest installing the Simple Image Sizes plugin. It could help clarify your efforts in multiple ways — by helping you understand what your current image sizes are, by making it easy to create a new/custom image size, and/or by regenerating your thumbnails for you.
Please know that we’re limited in helping with customizations, per our Scope of Support / Terms. We typically at least try to help point you in the right direction, which I think I’ve done. If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our list of known customizers.
