ParticipantIt appears that Event Tickets Plus fieldsets are displayed using Javascript. However, there is no warning displayed for site visitors that have either disabled Javascript or use a browser that isn’t Javascript capable. This potentially results in ticket purchases where the ticket fieldsets are not populated.
I would suggest that, if possible, tickets with fieldsets defined not be purchasable unless Javascript is enabled. This is especially necessary in the situation where required information is collected via ticket fieldsets.
Thanks!

MemberHi Bruce.
I was able to reproduce this. Here’s a video of my findings: https://cl.ly/0I0t0i430m0e
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release. I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

MemberHi, Bruce. Here’s a code snippet to implement <noscript>:

FYI: It’s scheduled (no guarantees) to have a fix within the next couple of weeks (I don’t know what it might look like) so this snippet may be unnecessary / duplicative once that comes out.

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
