ParticipantI got recurring events. When a user choose a particular one, on a specific date, I can’t seem to find the date he chose in the order. Where is that supposed to be? I have a link to the event but that’s the original (the one that was created first and duplicated).

MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please share your System Information and provide any links you think may be helpful (such as a link to your recurring events). That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
Let us know what you find out.

ParticipantYeah everything is up to date, before we investigate further could you tell me where the date is supposed to be shown (if you have a screenshot or something), maybe I missed it. Thanks!

ParticipantAh frontend is not a problem, it’s when a customer buys a ticket, how do I see the date he chose? Can’t find it in the admin. I’m with Woocommerce and Tickets Plus.

MemberAh. You’re trying to use Event Tickets with The Events Calendar PRO’s recurring events feature… this isn’t supported at this time.
This limitation is stated at Event Tickets Plus’ product purchase page.
This feature is definitely on our radar for a future release, but I cannot guarantee when it might be released.

ParticipantAh already had a problem with WPML, now this. I spent time convincing my client your solution was the best, now that there’s nothing working except a calendar table I’m really disappointed and tired of handling my client’s complaints.
Anyway… that rant won’t make things work.
One last thing. I don’t appreciate the “there is a disclaimer”, not very honest from you because at the time I decided to buy the product it was not there https://web.archive.org/web/20160411120829/https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets-plus/
